Our Mission:
We are a federation where we work hard to make sure everyone has the right curriculum for them. We personalise where we can, and where it is right; we try to think outside the box for students to make sure they leave our schools with the skills and understanding and knowledge that will help them get to where they want to go, and to allow them to become responsible and constructive members of the community.
We want them to be able to answer the moral, political, economic and social questions that will be asked of them with confidence and understanding. Importantly, we do this for everyone, regardless of starting point, or academic potential, or aspirations.
We ask students to aim high, not to be satisfied with less than they can achieve; we support them, we find alternative routes if necessary, to make them feel safe, supported, challenged, and able to get to where they want to be. We are a community.
The education we provide is based not only on universal human values of justice, equality, respect, responsibility, but also on Christian values of forgiveness, compassion, perseverance, integrity, hope, faith in the future.
This is what we share. This is what we believe. This is what we deliver. This underpins everything we do in school. This is what we do.
